Almost 15 years ago, in my early 20s, the 10th Anniversary Edition of this book changed the trajectory of my career as an engineering professional - realising that the key to thriving in the corporate space was combining my technical professional abilities with technical leadership abilities. Via this book, I realised that leadership forms part of the core of exceptional human and business performance alongside excellence in problem-solving, people development and process improvement.
